Current developments Dan is working on at present are The Beaches Shopping Village and Point View. Brenton & Deb: Both Brenton and Deb have been a part of Dan's team for over 5 years. They are permanent residents of The Beaches of 1770 estate. Their roles consist of managing sales and marketing for the developments as well as general real estate for the area.
